Born in 1971 in Dubrovnik, where he also completed secondary administrative and legal school. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Split in 1997.
He completed his legal traineeship at the Municipal State Attorney’s Office in Dubrovnik.
In 2002, he was employed by the company GP DUBROVNIK d.d. as Head of General, Legal and Human Resources Affairs. He primarily worked on matters related to contracting and representing the company in the fields of construction, damages, and labour law.
In 2010, he joined the City of Dubrovnik as a Senior Advisor – Specialist for Legal Affairs. He represented the City of Dubrovnik in all proceedings before ordinary courts, as well as in administrative procedures related to the application of the Act on Compensation for Property Taken During the Yugoslav Communist Regime and the Expropriation Act.
On 16 November 2015, he established his own law office in Dubrovnik.
He is fluent in English.
